Ministry Production Technician

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To support and enhance the technical production capabilities of our ministry. This role serves as the primary technical resource for our ministry, ensuring all audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems operate effectively for worship services and events.

Hours: 40/week

Leadership Responsibilities (previous experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  •  Act as the primary technical resource for the ministry, ensuring alignment with ministry goals and activities·
  • Oversee all AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) technical production for ministry events and services· Program all AVL equipment and manage stage setups for weekly adult celebrations in coordination with worship leaders
  • Manage livestream processes including programming for weekend services and editing video/audio for YouTube and website uploads
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to support technical production needs
  • Participate in​ training programs to enhance volunteer skills and engagement
  • Collaborate with the centralized tech team to ensure standardization and support for all technology purchases
  • Provide training to congregational ministries on AVL equipment for ministry events
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on all technical equipment

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with audio mixing consoles, video systems, and lighting programming
  • Proficiency in livestream production and management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking capabilities
  • Strong relational skills for effective volunteer management

Recommended Additional Skills

  • Dante Level 1 or 2 Certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ProPresenter or similar worship presentation software
  • Knowledge of Planning Center Online
  • Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience with lighting consoles (Vista, ETC, MA, etc.)
  • Understanding of network infrastructure for AVL systems
  • Experience with digital audio workstations (Logic, Pro Tools, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of MIDI programming
  • Knowledge of video switchers and camera systems

Bentonville Kid's Time Classroom Leader

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays 8:45-11:45am; 5:30-8:45pm

Start date: fall 2024

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is modeled for children.
  • Share the love, joy, and hope of Christ with children and parents and staff.
  • Support the core beliefs and leadership of Fellowship Bible Church.
  • Exemplify Godly character and embody Fellowships Mission, Vision, Statement of Faith and Leadership Covenant.
  • Demonstrate a passion for children and a desire for them to know about God.
  • Attend prayer time as scheduled per ministry day.
  • Take time to review class lesson during the week, incorporating God-given gifts into each lesson.
  • Care for the children the classroom through prayer and discipleship. Send “prayer/missed you” cards, etc. (provided).
  • Be faithful in attendance (Attendance agreement form).
  • Attend training sessions as provided monthly and yearly.
  • Communicate, engage and support co-leader/staff in ministry and classroom duties.
  • Participate and support the overall ministry in servant leadership as Jesus demonstrated.

Weekly Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8:45-2:15
